This commitment covers Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and the relevant Scope 3 emissions associated with our business activities, including:

• Upstream transportation and distribution
• Waste generated in operations
• Business travel
• Employee commuting
• Downstream transportation and distribution

To support this commitment, HG Comms Ltd will continue to implement practical measures to reduce emissions and improve environmental performance across its operations. These measures include:

• Maintaining our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Improving fuel efficiency and reducing vehicle emissions where practicable.
• Reducing waste generation and increasing recycling.
• Procuring materials and services responsibly through our supply chain.
• Improving energy efficiency within our offices and operational activities.
• Reviewing and monitoring environmental performance as part of our continual improvement processes.

HG Comms Ltd will review this commitment periodically and continue to identify opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in support of the NHS Net Zero ambition and the UK Government’s Net Zero objectives.
